This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access and use of the Doll Maker AI mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the App.
1. LICENSE TO USE
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the App on a single mobile device owned or controlled by you, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and any accompanying documentation.
2. RESTRICTIONS
- Copy, alter, or create derivatives of the App or any of its components;
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from the App;
- Sell, rent, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the App commercially;
- Use the App for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes;
- Interfere with others’ use of the App or compromise its integrity or performance;
- Employ automated systems (e.g., bots, scrapers) to interact with the App;
- Violate any laws or third-party rights while using the App.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, design elements, features, and functionality of the App are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to the App’s developers or licensors. You may not use any brand elements such as logos or trademarks without explicit permission.
4. USER CONTENT
4.1 Rights You Grant
By submitting any content through the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute, and display your content to operate and enhance the App.
4.2 Your Responsibility
You confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to share the content you upload, and that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
5. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
5.1 Plan Overview
- Free Plan: Limited feature access.
- Premium Plan: Full access to all features including special design styles and unlimited image generation.
5.2 Payments & Renewal
Premium charges are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
5.3 Cancellations
You may cancel anytime via your app store account settings. Refunds, if any, are subject to the policies of the respective platform.
6. PRIVACY POLICY
Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, accessible through the App. By using the App, you agree to our data practices and consent to how we manage your information.
7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or continuously available. All implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—such as loss of data, profits, or business interruptions—resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
9. INDEMNITY
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the creators of the App, including all associated personnel and affiliates, from any claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including legal fees) that arise from:
- Your use of the App;
- Your violation of this Agreement;
- Your infringement of any rights of others;
- Your submitted content causing harm to others.
10. TERMINATION
This Agreement remains in effect unless terminated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any breach of these terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the App from your device.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where the App is operated. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located within that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
12. EXPORT COMPLIANCE
You agree to comply with all relevant export and import laws and regulations when using the App, including restrictions imposed by your country or region.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document forms the entire agreement between you and the developers of Doll Maker AI. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain valid and enforceable.
